A little bit about where I work

I work under my company umbrella – “The Wild Chef – HospoHire”, and i love it because i get to see all sorts of different things and meet new people! Weather Im catering for a wedding, cooking privately in your home, or at one of our many restaurants in the area, im always having fun.

For three months every year i work at a private luxury trophy hunting lodge. We have people from all over the world travel to us; for the ‘great kiwi experience’. I cook wild game, seafood, and all the delicious things we have to offer here in Hawkes Bay. Most produce is grown locally so it is super fresh, and even my Mum grows things i cant buy like my specialty micro herbs and other organic fare.

At the lodge we offer game hunting on all levels, fishing, scenic tours, heli tours, sporting clays, bushwalks, or just a great venue for a BBQ with some mates.

I have some great deals on luxury weekends away and I even offer cooking classes!

I love wild game, its so underestimated and I hope you enjoy my journey as I bring to you a new level of cookery, from the land to the plate!
